1. Overview
LT-Pay applies Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures designed to verify user identity and help detect and prevent misuse of the Services.
2. Identity Verification
Users may be required to provide identifying information and documentation as part of the registration or transaction process, in line with LT-Pay's onboarding requirements.
3. Transaction Monitoring
LT-Pay monitors transaction activity to help identify unusual or suspicious behavior. Certain transactions may require additional verification before they can be completed.
4. Reporting Obligations
Where required by applicable law, LT-Pay may be obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information during verification.
- Do not use the Services to facilitate money laundering, terrorism financing, or other unlawful activity.
- Report suspicious activity to LT-Pay promptly.
6. Regulatory Status
LT-Pay is a financial technology platform. Regulatory licensing and authorization details will be published here once available. LT-Pay does not currently claim to be licensed, regulated, or approved by the Bank of South Sudan or any other authority.
